PROJECT MANAGEMENT "A methodology and not just a means to an end"

This course will enable the individual to understand the role of the project manager and project sponsor, use the project management methodology to define the project terms of reference, prepare a project plan, finance a project and develop skills in monitoring, communicating and controlling a project in order to achieve successful project outcomes.

Students who complete this course will have knowledge in:
